GENERAL POLICIES:
Late Arrival - If you arrive late to your appointment, the length of your massage may be shortened out of respect to the client who is scheduled after you.
Credit Card on file - In order to be seen as a client you will need to provide a credit card to keep on file. If you have more than 1 no-call/no-show prior to a current no-call/no-show, you will be charged the ENTIRE FEE of the service and appointment time you booked for.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy - Please be respectful by providing a quick call or text 24 hours prior, if you are unable to make your appointment. If you have more than 1 occurrence of canceling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ENTIRE FEE OF THE SERVICE YOU BOOKED.
No-call/No-show Policy - If you accrue 2 no-call/no-show appointments you will be terminated as a client.
Gift Certificates - A refund will be given/returned if requested within 1 month's time after date of purchase. Otherwise, certificates are nonrefundable.

GUIDELINES REGARDING CLIENT BEHAVIOR:
Evergreen Massage Therapy provides professional therapeutic massage services. Any behaviors that are deemed inappropriate by the Massage Therapist or requests for suggestive or inappropriate services will result in immediate termination.
In addition, any attempt to record a session will also result in immediate termination. In order to prevent any "misinterpretation", please make sure your phone is turned off and out of sight.
